Large Turning Services

Our large turning department specialises in long bed and heavy-duty lathe machining. We can turn components up to 1,060 mm diameter over bed, with a working swing of 800 mm over saddle. With 5,000 kg part handling capacity and both long bed and conventional lathes available, we can produce shafts, axles, rollers, and flanges for high-stress applications. Our engineers maintain a finished tolerance of 0.025 mm, ensuring exceptional precision across all turning projects.
